Summary
Misha's life didn't go well. Overnight, he lost his girlfriend, his job, and his confidence in the future. Having bought an armchair on Avito, he finds inside a folder with documents and a huge amount of money belonging to the right hand of the governor of the city. Thinking about what to do with the find, Mikhail begins to gradually fix communal defects in the yard, which deserves the respect of residents and the status of a people's deputy.
